We searched high and low for a decaf coffee that can hold its own against any "regular coffee", and we found it. This delicious Mexican bean uses Mountain Water Processing Process for decaffeination instead of harsh chemicals. The result is a wonderful, rich flavor, with notes of Clove, Almond, and Graham Cracker.

The farms of CESMACH and FTV lie within the buffer zone of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, located in the highlands of the Sierra Madre. This region is one of the most ecologically diverse forest reserves in the world, home to Mesoamerica’s largest cloud forest and thousands of protected species.

All coffee grown here is shade-grown, benefiting from rich biodiversity and a thriving natural ecosystem that enhances cup quality.
