Ethiopian coffee from the Guji region is renowned for its distinct and vibrant flavors. Guji is a zone in southern Ethiopia, which is one of the country’s most celebrated coffee-growing areas. The region's coffee is often characterized by its complex flavor profile, thanks to the unique combination of altitude, climate, and soil conditions.This particular coffee is grown by the Kayon Mountain Farm, owned and operated by farmer Ismael Hassan Aredo and his family.With notes of Plum, Citrus Rind, and Black Cherry, we hope this coffee helps get you through early Fall!
