It’s spring, which means BLOOM is back!
Consisting of Ugandan and Kenyan coffees, BLOOM is a light bodied, fruit forward coffee.
This year's primary component comes from Uganda, from the Rwenzori region. The coffee cherries are selectively picked and brought to the processing station on the same day. It is then separated by floatation and put onto drying tables, and then dried for 21 to 35 days. Once ready, the dried cherries are then brought to Kampala for milling and export processing. This coffee is typically harvested from September to December.
