MORE THAN COFFEE.
IT’S KNOXVILLE HOSPITALITY
Since 2013, we’ve been serving specialty coffee and bagels with one simple mission - to create a space where every guest feels like family.

OUR STORY

2013 - The infamous hut that Pierce and Michael transported from Kentucky on a rented trailer; K Brew’s original concept. -
THE DREAM BEGINS
The idea for K Brew sparked in 2008, when brothers Pierce and Michael LaMacchia traveled along the West Coast with their family and discovered small drive-thru coffee huts. Inspired, they dreamed of bringing the concept home to Knoxville.
FROM DREAM TO REALITY
After years of working in hospitality and chasing side projects, the brothers revived their dream in 2013. They found a small brick building in Historic North Knoxville, signed the lease, and opened the very first K Brew café on October 19, 2013. With just 450 square feet and 10 seats, it was packed from day one -fueled by passion, hard work, and quality coffee.

GROWTH AND BAGELS
K Brew quickly grew, moving into a larger renovated Texaco station on North Broadway in 2016. By 2019, the brothers expanded again, opening their West Hills café and bagel bakery, introducing authentic New York–style bagels to Knoxville. That same year, they opened a stylish Downtown location in partnership with Hilton, connecting Gay Street to Market Square.

ROASTING OUR OWN COFFEE
In 2020, amidst the challenges of a global pandemic, K Brew launched its own coffee roastery. This marked a new era- roasting in small batches locally, with full control over quality, freshness, and flavor.

EXPANSION WITH PURPOSE
In 2022, K Brew opened its largest café yet in Knoxville’s Bluegrass community at Ebenezer and Westland Roads. With over 100 seats, a beautiful patio, and the first K Brew drive-thru, it became a new community hub.
